Join us for a special screening of The Snowman with live brass band accompaniment. Enjoy this timeless animated film alongside a live performance of Howard Blake’s musical score performed by the award-winning Haverhill Silver Band and local singers.

Get yourself and your family in the festive spirit and come along to the Castle Manor Academy Drama Theatre in Haverhill for a magical Christmas experience.

The show consists of beautiful renditions of classic festive music from Haverhill Silver band as well as a screening of The Snowman.

Join Haverhill Silver Band at Haverhill Old Independent Church for an evening of carols and festive music featuring choir, band and organ. The concert starts at 7pm and tickets will be available on the door or from Haverhill Arts Centre, hope to see you there!

Haverhill Silver Band will be accompanying communal carol singing and playing festive tunes as part of the Haverhill Civic Carol Service on Wednesday 3rd December. The service starts at 7pm in St Mary’s Church, Haverhill.

Welcome to the official website of Haverhill Silver Band, a nationally ranked Championship Section brass band and charity (registered charity number: 1182260) based in the market town of Haverhill, Suffolk. As well as the Silver Band, our organisation includes the Haverhill Youth & Community band and the Haverhill Veterans Band.

Haverhill Silver Band is committed to high quality music making and regularly performs in concerts and contests across the region. The band can trace its origins back to 200 years ago, and you can find out a little more of our history here.

Haverhill Youth & Community Band was established in 2004 as a supporting group, helping to train players for the Silver Band. The band has since flourished and now has a regular membership of over 30 youngsters and enthusiastic adults.

Haverhill Veterans Band had their inaugural rehearsal in 2021 and meet on the first Thursday of each month in the afternoon. You can find more about the band here.
